How to Prepare Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Lemon Garlic Shrimp:

Remove the tray from its package and microwave on high for four minutes. Then take off the film cover, stir pasta, shrimp and broccoli, then re-cover and heat for an additional two to three minutes. Make sure the shrimp is completely cooked. You can always add more garlic to taste.

Taste:

The pasta is surprisingly firm for a low-calorie dish. Lean Cuisine doesn't scrimp on the shrimp, but they do on the broccoli. Add some fresh broccoli half-way through cook time to give the meal a little more nutrition and substance. You can taste the "lemon" in the lemon garlic shrimp, but if you happen to have lemon juice on hand, you might want to squeeze a half a teaspoon over the entire dish right before you place it on the table. As with many frozen low-calorie entrees, this one leans to the bland side. You can rectify that by adding Trader Joe's 20 Seasoning Salute ($1.99 at most Trader Joe's stores.) A small dash of the seasoning will kick up the taste without adding any sodium.
